We’re excited to announce that once again this year, Runza Restaurant in Gretna will be donating 15% of its daily proceeds on Tuesday, August 25th to the Gretna Friends of the Library! This money will be used to help fund children’s programs, equipment, and books for the Gretna Public Library! Enjoy some tasty food and help your Library provide awesome materials and programs for kids- it’s win-win deal for everyone!

You may recognize them from TV, but on Saturday, September 27th you’ll be able to see them at the Gretna Public Library! The Tri-City Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (T.R.I.P for short) team will be at the Library to for a meet and greet beginning at 1pm in the Main Library’s meeting room. During their visit, T.R.I.P’s team will share some of their favorite video and audio footage from their investigations, talk about the different instruments they use during their investigations, and will answer any questions you have for them. As always, our programs are free and open to the public, so invite your friends to come along with you!
