Celebrate the Gretna Children’s Library’s 1st Birthday!

We’re having a 1st birthday party for the Gretna Children’s Library and YOU are invited!

The Children’s Library has been open to the public for one year now, and it has been so much fun watching children and their families stop in to pick out books and take part in our programs!  With all the fun and exciting things that have happened over the past year, it’s hard to believe that not so long ago, we were moving in!

Now it’s time to celebrate, and we want you to be there!

Where: Gretna Children’s Library
When: Thursday, February 21st, 2013
Time: All day we will celebrate, but there will be a special party at 3:30pm

Hallo-Wee-Read Program

The Library has some ghoulish fun planned for preschoolers on Monday, October 29th at 7:00pm at the Main Library.  Dress your little goblins up for an evening of games, crafts, and stories!  There will even be a special Halloween snack for all to enjoy!  Hallo-Wee-Read is for children age four and under and their caregivers.  If you have any questions, please call Miss Jean at 402.502.9088.  We’ll see you there…if you dare!
