About Writing Reviews.
It can be a lot of fun to write a book review. Obviously, you can do this at quite a number sites, including Amazon.com. But did you know that you can also do this at an online catalog of the nation's librarys holdings? It's called Worldcat.org. Here, you can type in your zipcode, enter the title of a book, and see which libraries in your neighborhood have the book. Gretna Public Library will appear if we have processed the book within the last several years. (Before that, we were not part of this national library organization.) If you read a book, you can also write a review on it. Please do. This is a new service on the web, and we need the nation's library users to get on board to make it a place "to come to." Also, reviews posted there will count in various teen programs at the library!
