Writing Event: Letters about Literature
Nov 2nd
Tuesday, November 17th @ 4pm those in grades 6-12 are invited to participate in the Letters About Literature writing contest. Come with a piece of literature that has had an impact on you or one you have strong feelings for. It may be a book-fiction or nonfiction, a short story, essay, speech, or poem. We will meet and have a space in the meeting room for participants to conduct their writing, share their selection with the group if they choose, and have access to our computers to type out their final drafts. I will send them to the state panel judges that week.
Please register for this event by November 16th, 2009.
If you have questions feel free to contact Charlene.
