All programs offered at the Gretna Public Library are offered to children at no cost. Library membership is not required for participation, but to check books out of the library, a family must have a library card. Please contact the library if you have any questions.
The program is designed to help children develop a healthy attitude towards reading and books. Kids
will learn about all kinds of bugs through fun stories and hands on activities.
Registration is ongoing until all classes are full. Please note that registration must take place in person at the library!
Those who don't make it into a class are invited to take part in the READ-ONLY program, which includes all the fun prizes
incorporated into the regular program, as well as the special family events.
